About me
Joseph Mold has 15 years of experience leading online learning, instructional design, and faculty development at Bay College. He oversees the college’s transition to Blackboard Ultra, equity-centered OER initiatives that have saved students over $3 million, and accessibility-focused course design, with a strong focus on supporting rural, first-generation, and nontraditional learners in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
